Accounts where age cannot be verified to sk77's satisfaction will be suspended pending resolution. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 18 will be permanently closed, and all deposited funds will be returned via the original payment method. Any winnings generated on an under-age account will be forfeited in full.

Account Registration

Account Information Accuracy
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering, including:

One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold one active sk77 account at any time. Attempting to register or operate multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts beyond the first verified account will be closed, and any bonus funds or winnings generated on duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Account Security

In all cases, these general Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any bonus-specific terms.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonus funds are credited to your sk77 bonus wallet and are distinct from your real-money balance until any applicable wagering requirement is satisfied.
- Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds (or in some cases real-money funds) before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the sk77 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner at all times. The following obligations apply to every registered player without exception.
You Agree To:

- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system glitches to generate financial gain — any winnings obtained via such means are void and must be returned;

- Depositing funds derived from money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal enterprise;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing sk77 support staff or other platform users in any communication channel;
- Attempting to access the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law;
- Sharing account credentials with or allowing another individual to use your registered sk77 account.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
Either party — you or sk77 — may close a player account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Account closure does not extinguish any obligations that arose prior to the closure date, including outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds or pending withdrawal verifications.
Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may request account closure at any time by contacting sk77 support via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, sk77 will process any valid pending withdrawals before closing the account. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons (i.e., you feel your gambling is becoming problematic), please inform the support agent so that additional responsible gaming measures can be applied promptly. Voluntary closure requests for responsible gaming reasons are processed with priority.
Closure or Suspension by sk77
sk77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice where:
- There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any criminal activity involving the account;
- The account holder is found or reasonably suspected to be under 18 years of age;
- A duplicate account is identified in violation of the one-account policy;
- The account holder has materially breached any provision of this Agreement;
- A chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute has been raised against a deposit made to the account;
- sk77 is required to act by applicable law, court order, or instruction from a financial authority;
- The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — see below).
Dormant Account Policy
An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or game play activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Prior to classifying an account as dormant, sk77 will send a notification to the registered contact details associated with the account. Any real-money balance remaining in a dormant account will be preserved for a further 12 months, after which an inactivity fee may be applied at a rate disclosed in the notification. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting support and completing any required identity verification.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability & Disputes
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sk77's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Exclusions of Liability
sk77 accepts no liability for:
- Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the Platform, whether direct or indirect;
- Interruptions to the Platform caused by server maintenance, internet outages, third-party provider failures, or events outside sk77's reasonable control (force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or network infrastructure failure);
- Any loss arising from a player's failure to keep their login credentials secure;
- Errors in game outcome display resulting from a player's own device hardware or software malfunction;
- Any tax liability incurred by the player in connection with winnings — players are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable tax obligations under Bangladeshi law.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint regarding a game outcome, a payment transaction, a bonus award, or any other aspect of the sk77 service, you should raise it with our support team via live chat as the first step. sk77 aims to resolve all disputes within 5 business days of initial submission.
